What to expect

This is a semi-guided Western Canada tour. We plan the route, transportation, and hotels. You get plenty of free time in each destination so you can explore at your own pace.

Flights (Included)

Roundtrip airfare is included for this tour to ensure all guests arrive in Calgary at the same time.

• Route: YYZ–YYC (Toronto to Calgary) and YVR–YYZ (Vancouver to Toronto)
• Group arrival is required: the charter bus will not wait or return for late or separate arrivals, in accordance with the Calgary bus company policy.
• Airfare is typically the most expensive part of the tour, so we strongly recommend confirming early to secure better pricing.

Hotels

• Selected tourist-class hotels
• As much as possible, hotels are downtown or near important spots for convenience

Day-by-day itinerary

• Day 1 – May 30 (Toronto → Calgary): Fly from Toronto (YYZ) to Calgary (YYC). Start of tour to first destination after airport pick-up. Check-in at hotel in the afternoon for free-time and overnight.
• Day 2 – May 31 (Calgary → Banff): Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Banff. Free time in Banff, overnight.
• Day 3 – Jun 1 (Banff day): Breakfast at hotel. Visit key Banff areas (scenic stops). Return to hotel, more free time, overnight in Banff.
• Day 4 – Jun 2 (Banff → Jasper): Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Jasper. Free time and overnight in Jasper.
• Day 5 – Jun 3 (Jasper → Kelowna): Breakfast at hotel. Long scenic drive to Kelowna. Free time, overnight in Kelowna.
• Day 6 – Jun 4 (Kelowna → Vancouver): Breakfast at hotel. Drive to Vancouver. Free time, overnight in Vancouver.
• Day 7 – Jun 5 (Vancouver → Victoria day trip → Vancouver): Breakfast at hotel. Drive and ferry to Victoria. Return to Vancouver in the afternoon. Free time, overnight in Vancouver.
• Day 8 – Jun 6 (Vancouver free time → Fly home): Breakfast at hotel. Free time in Vancouver until transfer to Vancouver airport (YVR) for late flight back to Toronto.
• Day 9 – Jun 7 (Arrive Toronto): Arrive Toronto. End of tour.

Good to know

• Limited seats: We use a 50+ seater bus with toilet, but we will not fill the bus.
• Plan early: Flights are usually the most expensive part. Booking early helps get better airfare.
• Flexible pacing: Semi-guided with lots of free time (great for seniors, families, and first-time Western Canada travelers).
• Itinerary order may adjust for safety, traffic, weather, or ferry schedules.
